My dp is running one of these while we find him a van for his new business (eekkkk) - the fan has just packed in - hes clueless and im learning lol......

Any ideas where i start to look Question

The car was £520 4 months ago and cost me £110 three weeks ago when the exhaust went. i could do with starting to learn to tinker with my motors myself abit more ........................

Relays are common I think on these Remo. Have a look on the back of the fan and there will be a Relay on the shroud. If you get me the number off this Relay I will be able to match one with Citroen (pug and cit are the same) I think this will have a Xsara piccaso one on it. There only about 10 quid I think.

ahhhh ok then well this may be the rheostat (aka the heater resister). Does it not even work on fastest setting?

it doesnt work full stop - on any setting - just packed in - totally Evil or Very Mad

A lad at work said he did - but i think im gonna check myself now iykwim . I bought a cheap relay pack today also - so will try these and report back
