Well the other halfs Saxo is having its MOT this week and its costing me a fortune! (my day out to Santa Pod to be precise...) The best of it is she has owned it Four years and still has not passed her test lol I have used it sometimes and I have already, had the alternator reconditioned after it was sat for 2 years on her parents drive, had to fit a new moulding, indicator and soldered in new wiring because the dog ate them, fitted a brand new Radiator, fitted a tyre last year for the MOT, then some idiot knocked a mirror off it at work so I fitted a pair of colour coded ones off Ebay, also got it a new parcel shelf of the same seller. Then the clutch went and thrust bearing was goosed, on it so I did that and paid out for the parts which included a new thrust bearing guide 3 brand new linkages and oil. Then the thing got a wiring problem with the Immoboliser, so I fitted a coded ring, then found a dodgy French block connector was at fault

It first failed on 3 tyres, so thats a nice chunk of money to start with, then they found that it needed welding next to the boot floor nice... (its a 2000 year for god sake and its already been welded). Then the rear breaks were stripped and cleaned, it need some bulbs, and ill have to pay for the MOT to.

I would not mind but we are only MOTing it to sell it as she wants a 5 door car now for when she passes her test, and I have spent to much time and money on it to just not MOT it and sell as scrap or spares. Saying that the body is mint for a Saxo and it drives lovely. Anyone want to buy a reconditioned Saxo lol

Women they have you under control and you do anything for them to keep them happy.

It runs really well the main reason she is selling is because we now have a 3 month old baby. And what ever car she gets I am going to drive too, so my car can be a toy hehe

It is a 1.1 forte in green. Really honest and straight car in truth.

I can vouch for that. Very clean car and once its got the ticket on it it'll be a sound little car. Well worth buying as either a first car or simply just a run around for anyone.
