What car would you buy??

In about 12 months (with abit of luck) me and my girlfriend will be looking at spending around 25-30k on a car! Now it must be able to carry a pack of dogs and be quick!
Now I've suggested to get a 540i touring for the dogs! And spend the rest on a r34gtr! She would like the gtr but wants a q7! Yep that's right a f*cking q7!!! If we were to just get the one car then I want a m5 touring or rs6 avant! So gents I put it to you what would you get? Remember that the girlfriend will b driving it and it must fit at least 4 fully grown shar-pei's in!

Not a AUDI, and definitely not a 4WD.

and I dont like Range Rovers because of the label they have attached on them "Look at me Im rich and well off!". Reminds me of Harry Enfield "I am considerably richer than yowww"

thats another thing the girlfriend doesnt realise how heavy 1 fully grown shar-pei is let alone 4! so the q7 thing wont be suitable!(lifting them up, as they wont jump!) she even mentioned a x6 which im more than happy with but the dogs wont fit in the boot!
i think the m5 touring sounds the best so far!! or like i say 1 car for the dogs and a nutts car for me! (errmm i mean me and the bird!lol)

True true. But id still have an older car to mess with, you cant pop the bonnet on a Range and get your spanners on it lol

Touring five series seems a good bet to me pal you will have a fun car when you need it and a handy car for your dogs. We were only having a little banter inbetween mate. How much do them new 5 series gt cost?

Right ok mind is made up(sort of) 1 car for the dogs, no more than £5000. So that leaves £25000 for a kick ass car I'm thinking r34 gtr? Or m3 convertible AND a e39 m5! That way she's happy with the m3 and I've got my m5!!! But still would like suggestions!?

i`m liking the x5 top off the range or the M5 ..Range Rover sport..
i`v drove a couple Vw touareg`s they are a very nice drive

you can always do wot my dad did for his old german shepaed ..made it a ramp so she could walk up into the car ..works a treat

or u can do the 2 car thing nice cheap estate for takin the dogs out and a nice car for you and the misses ...

Skylines do not cost a hell of a lot too.
