Slightly pissed off today......

As I was having a quiet day workwise I figured i'd go the gym and a carvery afterwards. As it was only early afternoon at this point i thought i'd get my spacers fitted to the rear of my car ready for saturdays alignment, only problem being my jack was in my mates van. So i arranged to meet him back at his place. As I was waiting for him to return i decided to clean the car a bit. Part way through a plastic sheet flew off the roof next door where his landlord also owns and is working on the house, and land right across my bonnet along with bits of cement rubble. At this point I was raging, went to bang on the door to get the lads attention who was working there, only for my fist to go straight through the window on the front door.....I guess this got his attention as he was on his way from upstairs as I pushed the door open.

The only damage is a few scuffs to the bonnet and top of passenger side wing. Most have polished out by hand and what remains may well polish out with a buffer or touch in ok. Still pissed me off though. I did however manage to fit my spacers and the car is looking better for it. Oh and a tail light has blown tonight along with my dash lights deciding to work as and when they choose..

its fine, its stopped bleeding ages ago. Cant say the same for his window, that is still broken

nah it was weak glass..........

he is replacing the door anyway, if the damage was any worse he would have to be gracing my palm with silver, in which case I may have thought about offering him a piece of equally rubbish glass.

Glad the damage isn't too bad. He should pay for a full machine polish for you though IMO

If there are any problems I can go back to him as he's my mates landlord, his brother I think?! is in the motor repair trade and has sorted my mates claim out etc so could always get him to sort it if I wanted.

I would have been in a rage!!!!! Hope it polishes out mate
