Well as the title says I have returned to 5-a-side League tonight, I have played a little 6 months ago but nothing serious. Well I am not home, we lost and I am Foooked, I scored 5 mind you so not all bad. Legs will be killing tomorrow I am sure, probably for a few days to be honest, (dont worry Lee I am sure they will be ok for Sunday, working on your car).
I am coming up 27 now so my body is starting to show its age lol. Lucky for me I am a skinny twit so I just need to build my stamina and muscles back up.
Thought I would let you all know were I have been tonight and not on here.
