Re: bloody weather!!!
Jpick I was in tuesday in Cumernauld and I saw how bad it was. It took us 16 hours to go from Crewe to Cumberland and back. So we where quite lucky. The worst part starts about 20 miles before J4 of M74, all of the sudden theres frozen slush on road, further up its covered by snow. M73 is all covered in snow. Its like driving in Canada - almost like ICE ROAD TRUCKERS I took some pictures so you could see haw bad it was.

Good idea. I've been driving around for last few weeks and we are quite lucky, actualy with weather. Yorkshire, Cumbria, Scotland all in snow - North West just little bit IMO!

Re: bloody weather!!!
Cool pics! I think some people panic a lot in that weather dumpin cars etc, I'd be shoveling mine out with my hands, although if people kept moving they wouldnt get stuck in the first place!
Although I heard ice was the worst thing, still made me wish I had a proper 4x4 off road event type vehicle to just drive past them all waving! (or help them out I suppose!)
