Well the BMW's are gone/going and new car is here!!

Well after 6-7 years with the 325i I decided a couple of weeks ago to break it, and it's currently a shell on the drive awaiting collection. The 523i is up for sale, so any interested people make me an offer.

Now onto the new car, well the new car had to be an estate for the kid and dog, but it also needed to have some go about it. Now most of you are probably already knowing what it's going to be, as a quick estate isn't the common. The new car is a 2002 Volvo v70 t5, and i'm actually having to say it's fairly good. Comfy, large, and does shift, but it's FWD and the torque steer is phenomenal on it, forgot how bad driving how powered fwd cars was.

So i'd like to thank everyone whos helped me with bits, i'll still be sticking around, and have the BMW GT1 diag system along with progman should anyone need any help.

Shame you've left the BMW scene Ste, but I'm sure you'll be back later in life!

As for the Volvo - good choice. That T5 engine is awesome apart from being abit thirsty!

It is a shame, I was looking for a 540i touring, but the ones I looked at were dogs, but I may return to BMW's as they're more fun to drive.

As for the engine, it sounds great, and it's actually more economical than my 523 and 325!! 110 mile trip yesterday and computer says i've averaged 35.4 mpg, so am chuffed with that as well, and that was on the m1, a50 and m6 and wasn't really taking it easy!!
