Ive acquired a new vehicle and its not a BMW or French or German...

Its Gold and has a 1.7 engine, 4 door saloon and its a Y reg, RWD too.
Wait till you all see it and the plans i have

I'm guessing it won't be a Honda, their rwd cars are the nsx and s2000 unless you go back to the 70s.

Maybe an Opel Rekord (although that may be classed as German?) or Morris Marina? I think it's most likely y reg first time round anyway!

Unless it's a lexus but I dunno if they did a 1.7 engine.

I don't know of any 1.7 in a Lexus.

I think the favourite is Phil's suggestion about a Volvo 300.

Did Alfa Romeo make a 1.7 in gold?.....

Can't think of anything else unless you have bought some Korean rubbish that happens to have correct wheel drive but I doubt they have the know how and you wouldn't be that stupid......

there is 54 left (not sorn) licensed on the road. Phil was close but they were no longer made on a Y reg sort of its a 1983 a year older than me. It has a MW/LW radio (not even a cassette and ONE speaker in the dash!

Going to lower and and put old school alloys on it

Its BL, Its a 1.7 4 door saloon RWD, its gold with brown inertia. No rear seatbelts.

Its the same engine just in 2.0 instead of 1.7, only cars i am aware of that run the 1.7 ( O series ) in rwd format is the marina n ital

Going to lower it I think in some little wide wheels at the moment it's got a marina front end on it I have the ital front minus the bumper in the boot. 150 a year insurance
